Return & Refund Policy

At Radiant Ribbons, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt.

What can be returned?

  • You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • This policy applies to all products except for [exchange, returnable, non-returnable products detail is mentioned with each product e.g., personalized items, downloadable products, etc].

What can’t be returned?

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items returned after the 7 days window.
  • Exchange, returnable, non-returnable products detail is mentioned with each product e.g., personalized items, downloadable products, etc

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@radiantribbons.shop to initiate a return request.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  4. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RAN number inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address we provide.
  6. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return within 7-15 business days.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for purchase or store credit.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange request.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request. However, availability of the desired item may vary.
  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we may offer you a store credit or a refund.

Additional Information:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
